Description:

Whether you are a new educator or an experienced educator, this 8-10 hour course will provide a learning opportunity on how to provide effective transition planning for students with IEPs.  With an online self-paced format, you can create student PTP’s while learning about the basics, application procedures, student and family involvement, culturally responsive practices, components of the PTP, summary of performance, and use of the WiTransition App. After completion of this course, you will have the knowledge and skills to develop not only a compliant PTP, but a best practice plan for students with IEPs to assist them in planning for their future after high school.  This course has been created by the Wisconsin Transition Improvement Grant.
